Our Company

Founded in 2022 by a team of seasoned pallet management experts, FNPS was born from a shared vision—to take decades of industry experience and transform it into a better way of building relationships and delivering service. From day one, our goal has been to redefine how pallet management is done, prioritizing both innovation and client satisfaction.

As our business grew, so did our capabilities. Expanding into waste and recycling services allowed us to become more than just a pallet management provider—it positioned us as a true one-stop solution for our customers. This evolution has not only strengthened our partnerships but also enabled us to provide greater value across the supply chain.

With a rapidly growing national presence—and international expansion already underway—we’re focused on developing processes, services, and products that not only meet today’s needs but shape the future of our industry. At FNPS, we’re not just keeping up with change; we’re driving it.

The Haudenosaunee, "The People of the Longhouse"

The Haudenosaunee are also known as the Iroquois Confederacy. The French had called the Haudenosaunee the Iroquois (a.k.a. First Peoples or First Nations). The English called the Haudenosaunee, the League of Five Nations. The Haudenosaunee is comprised of Five Nations. These Nations are the Mohawk, the Oneida, the Onondaga, the Cayuga and the Seneca. Later, the Tuscarora Nation joined the confederacy of the Haudenosaunee. Today, the Haundenosaunee is also known as the “Six Nations”.

Our services were created with sustainability in mind.

Supplier Diversity at FNPS

As a Native American owned business ourselves, we value diverse spaces and open conversations about working together to create opportunities for everyone.

In an effort to practice what we preach, we do our best to source, partner, and work side by side with other MBEs as often as possible.

We also support the goals of our customers who choose to operate the same way.

By offering custom reporting (Tier I & Tier II) and support in the MBE space, we are happy to provide services to these customers.

Supply Chain Agility.

In our uncertain and ever changing environment, it is important to ensure your supply chain is set up in a way that you can pivot and survive with every unexpected event.  First Nations Pallet Solutions can evaluate your supply chain and provide insight into areas that could cause a disruption.  Being agile with the market is more important than ever. Let us help you prepare.

Sustainability at FNPS.

We believe a resilient supply chain should also be a responsible one. As a Native American-owned company, we extend pallet life through repair, recovery, and closed-loop recycling that keeps materials in use and out of landfills.
Our programs divert wood, cardboard, plastics, and metals while lowering emissions and providing transparent sustainability reporting.
