NEW PALLETS

A pallet built from new lumber material. New pallets provide the most consistency and uniformity. New pallets can be built to specific dimensions to meet your shipping requirements.

COMBO PALLETS

Using a combination of both new and recycled components (most often new lumber stringers and recycled deck boards). Combo pallets are a good alternative between new and recycled pallets as they provide better consistency with a lower cost of a new pallet.

RECYCLED PALLETS

A recycled pallet is a pallet that has been repaired. Repairs can consist of replacement deck boards, (top and/or bottom) stringers and/or plugs (blocks). There are different grades of recycled pallets depending on the amount of repairs the pallet has undergone. Common types are Premium A, Standard A and B grade pallets. Recycled pallets are a good low cost solution.

REMANUFACTURED PALLETS

A pallet built from recycled material.  Like new pallets, remanufactured pallets (or “Remans”) provide great consistency and uniformity.  Reman pallets can be built to specific dimensions to meet your shipping requirements.

PLASTIC, COMPOSITES & OTHER PALLETS

This category of pallets are for specific applications.  Plastic pallets can be made from either recycled or virgin resin. Plastic pallets are export ready and do not require heat treatment.  Composite pallets are made with a blended material to provide greater strength and durability.  Other pallet materials can include metal, corrugate, etc.

CUSTOM CRATES & SHIPPING BOXES

Most often made from a combination of lumber, OSB and/or plywood. They are built to custom dimensions to ship product(s) while providing maximum protection.

TOP FRAMES

Help secure and protect the unit load for transporting and stacking pallets. Top frames can be customized to meet the specific dimensions of the unit load.

HEAT TREATMENT

HT Rules are written in IPPC/ISPM 15. IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention). This is a treatment of wood products by heating the product up to 56 °C for 30 minutes in a drying kiln. This procedure eliminates pests in wood material. Treated pallets are marked by IPPC HT stamps with a specific code.
